My recent stay at Hilton Atlanta was a mixed bag. While the cleanliness of the facilities was notable and many staff members were friendly, I was disappointed by the outdated rooms and the unreliable elevators. The location is convenient for exploring downtown attractions, but the overall service left much to be desired, especially for a Hilton property.

The room I stayed in was quite outdated, with peeling wallpaper and an AC unit that barely worked. For a deluxe king suite, I expected more space and better amenities.

Service was hit or miss; while some staff were pleasant and helpful, I faced delays and had to fetch my own towels from downstairs, which was frustrating.

The location is great for accessing downtown attractions like the aquarium and museums, making it easy to explore. However, navigating around the hotel can be time-consuming.
